Legal Alliance Company has developed a scheme of implementation of social programs for the pharmaceutical company

During the implementation of a large-scale social project of a big Swiss pharmaceutical company, lawyers with the Legal Alliance Company developed a scheme of popularization among the population of social programs related to distribution of prescription pharmaceutical products.

Generally, the complexity of such projects lies in the fact that a direct reference of the names of prescription pharmaceutical products leads to violation of the Ukrainian legislation in the field of advertising that results in additional risks for pharmaceutical companies.

Legal support of the project was performed by a partner with Legal Alliance Company Alexey Bezhevets, a senior lawyer Andrey Gorbatenko and a lawyer Yana Kartseva.
