Overview of Dmitry Aleshko, the Senior Partner of Legal Alliance Company, represented Ukraine in Pharmaceutical Antitrust 2010

In June of this year was released the third edition of international analytical Pharmaceutical Antitrust 2010, published by Getting the Deal Through. The edition contains series of analytical reviews in the areas of pharmaceutical and anti-monopoly legislation, prepared by the lawyers from different jurisdictions.

A review of Ukrainian pharmaceutical legislation has been prepared by the Senior Partner of Legal Alliance Company. Such topics as the legal regulation of pharmaceuticals in Ukraine, advertising of pharmaceutical products and pricing policy, the legal regulation of competition, anti-competitive agreements, etc. were covered in the research.
