Illya Kostin Nominated One of the Best Attorneys of Ukraine According to Focus

Illya Kostin, a Senior Partner of Legal Alliance Company, nominated one of the best attorneys of Ukraine practicing in business, intellectual and pharmaceutical law, according to Focus magazine.

On June 4, the magazine published the results of the rating of the most successful attorneys of Ukraine, which was prepared by Focus for the first time. According to the magazine, all specialists were selected in TOP 30 based on expert appraisals assigned to each candidate by their competitor colleagues, Association of Lawyers of Ukraine. Moreover, judges brought out their opinion for the first time. Appraisals were assigned based on six criteria: understanding of client’s interests and ability to propose effective problem solution methods; development of effective (variative, creative) interest protection strategy; quality of procedural documents preparation; tactics of conducting a case/oral pleading; moral and ethical qualities of attorney, as well as professional mediation (ability to persuade the opponent to make a settlement). The experts assigned 0 to 5 scores to each candidate, provided that 5 was the highest score.
