Andrey Gorbatenko, Senior Attorney of Legal Alliance Company attended UKRPHARMA 2010 forum

On June 2-3, the All-Ukrainian Pharmaceutical Business Forum UKRPHARMA 2010 was held in Kyiv. The theme of this event in 2010 was the regulatory aspects of pharmaceutical business in Ukraine.

Legal Alliance Company, representing the interests of pharmaceutical companies in Ukraine for many years, was represented by Andrey Gorbatenko, Senior Attorney.

According to Mr. Gorbatenko: «This event was of great interest both for pharmaceutical market players and for law firms. Recent developments connected to AMCU’s retrograde policy with respect to well-known pharmaceutical companies confirmed a necessity of closer cooperation between representatives of both industries. However, the advertising issue, being one of the most topical today, was not sufficiently elaborated. Alongside with that spokespersons paid attention to such matters and pricing, reimbursement, mergers and amalgamations, dumping, as well as legal regulation of AMCU’s activities.
