Partners of Legal Alliance Company gave clarifications with respect to topical issues of the pharmaceutical-related legislation

On 13 May 2010, at the First Independent Pharmaceutical Business Portal an internet conference was held with participation of the Senior Partner of Legal Alliance Company Ilya Kostin and Partner Aleksey Bezhevets on the subject Topical Legal Issues Existing at Pharmaceutical Market.

At the event the partners answered questions of the portal audience with respect to the most recent legislative novelties that have brought or may bring significant changes to operations of representatives of pharmaceutical business. It is the draft amendments to the Procedure for Government Control over Quality of Medical Preparations Imported in Ukraine, and Clarifications of the Ministry of Economics No. 3303-25/2973-07 of 14.04.2010 re application of the Regulations for Public Procurement.

The participants of the internet conference were interested in the issues connected to the procedures for acknowledgement of foreign GMP certificates in Ukraine, laboratory examinations of imported medical preparations, cancellation of the Regulations for Trade in Medical Preparations, government control over quality of medical preparations, procedural issues of procurement of goods, works and services with public funds etc.
