Legal Alliance Company protected the interests of Insurance Company in the Court of Appeals
April 15, the Legal Alliance Company accomplished the hearing in the Kyiv Appellate Court of the appeal served by an Insurance Company against the decision adopted by the rayon court to recover insurance compensation in the amount of UAH 122,000.
The appeal was satisfied in full. The plaintiff claims were dismissed due to failure to meet the pecuniary liabilities due to the insurance company.
