Legal Alliance Company provides support to restructuring of representative office of pharmaceutical company
The Legal Alliance Company delivered legal support to restructuring of a foreign pharmaceutical company’s representative office.
Within the project framework the Company’s lawyers consulted the client with respect to improvement of organizational structure of the non-resident pharmaceutical company and developed some key documents dealing with the corporate policy of representative office.
The Project was supervised by Senior Partner, Legal Alliance Company, Ilya Kostin, and Counsel Andrey Horbatenko.
