Ilya Kostin told about unfair pharmaceuticals advertising during radiobroadcast of Era FM

April 9, Senior Partner, Legal Alliance Company Ilya Kostin was invited by Radio Era FM to speak at the Broadcast “Life Dimensions: Law”, his subject was unfair pharmaceuticals advertising.

During one hour live broadcast Mr. Kostin explained to the audience some peculiarities of the national laws governing legal relations in the area of pharmaceuticals’ advertising, told about the mistakes made by advertisers and advertising companies in the above field.

Ilya Kostin focus on growing attention paid by the controlling bodies to observance of the provisions of the Laws of Ukraine “On advertising” and “On protection from unfair competition” by pharmaceutical companies.
