Ilya Kostin, Legal Alliance Company Senior Partner, Holds Online Meeting on Pharmaceutical Right
On December 24, 2009, Ilya Kostin, Senior Partner of Legal Alliance Company, held online meeting at the independent pharmaceutical business portal. The meeting was devoted to current pharmaceutical right matters: pricing, advertising and work of representative offices.
During this online meeting Mr. Kostin answered several questions, which bothered all pharmaceutical market members, and were urgent both in 2009 and in 2010.
Within three hours of online communication, various questions were put to Ilya Kostin concerning the registration and monitoring of prices on medical products, tax inspections performed by some pharmaceutical agencies, and labor law in the work of pharmaceutical agencies.
