Legal Alliance Company Fought for the Interests of the State Ore-Dressing and Processing Enterprise in the Dispute with the Fund of Social Protection of Invalids

Legal Alliance Company represented the interests of the Ukrainian Ore-Dressing and Processing Enterprise in the case on the suit of the Fund of Social Protection of Invalids for application of the administrative-economic sanctions in the amount of UAH 1,300,558.

On August 12, this year, the Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine adopted a decree, by which it satisfied the cassation of the Ore-Dressing and Processing Enterprise, cancelled the decree of the appellate instance and confirmed the decree of the court of first instance, according to which it was refused to satisfy the plaintiff's claims of the Fund of Social Protection of Invalids.

On November 19, this year, the judgement of the Higher Administrative Court was left unchanged by the Supreme Court of Ukraine.

Yevgeniy Shcheglov, senior lawyer of Legal Alliance Company, represented the interests of the state enterprise at the court of cassation instance.
