Legal Alliance Company Won the Case on Invalidation of Constituent Documents of the Company in the Higher Business Court of Ukraine

On November 17, this year, the Higher Business Court of Ukraine completed a long dispute on the suit of the Military Unit А-1845 against the Small Joint Experimental Company "Aquamarine" on complete invalidation of constituent documents.

By its judgement, the Higher Business Court of Ukraine confirmed the legal position of Legal Alliance Company, being the legal councillor of the Small Company.

Anatoliy Menshykov, partner of Legal Alliance Company, lawyers Oleksiy Zdorov and Nataliya Lavrenova, represented the Client.
