Oleksiy Bezhevets, partner of Law Company "Legal Alliance", represented Ukraine at the annual congress Eurojuris International

This year, on November 5-8 in Malta a congress of the largest network of the European law firms Eurojuris International took place. The congress annually invites over 250 lawyers from various countries worldwide.

The national department of Eurojuris in Ukraine was represented by Vitaliy Tytych, managing partner of JSC "Vitaliy Tytych and Partners", Inna Poltavtseva, executive director of JSC "Vitaliy Tytych and Partners", as well as Oleksiy Bezhevets, partner of Law Company "Legal Alliance", who attended the congress as President of Association.

The official part of the event represented a number of workshops from the British and Maltese specialists, dedicated to crisis management of law firms.

Also the participants had the opportunity to attend special trainings in various areas of law. The Ukrainian delegation took an active part in the sections "Financial Risks", "Business and Corporate Risks", "Liability Risks" and "IT Risks", as well as "Tax Law", "Bankruptcy", "Banking and Corporate Law".

Within the framework of the section on tax law Oleksiy Bezhevets presented the report in the following subject "Doing business in Ukraine via a subsidiary company or a representative office: taxation issues".
The unofficial part of the congress was traditionally opened by the national exhibition, which enabled the delegations to represent features of culture, beverages, souvenir products of their countries.
