Legal Alliance Company is a legal advisor to Richter Gedeon in a dispute related to the trademark intellectual property rights defense

On September 8, the Kyiv City Business Court satisfied, in full volume, the claim of the Chemical Works of Gedeon Richter Plc. (Hungary) regarding partial cancellation of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine’s order, pursuant to which an Indian manufacturer’s medicine was registered, as well as regarding prohibition against using of name on the own-produced medicines.

Cancellation of the order is involved with violation of the claimant’s intellectual property rights.
