Legal Alliance Achieves Registration of Knyazha Vtiha™

On 25 March 2009, Legal Alliance Law Firm completed registration procedure for Knyazha Vtiha trademark owned by one of Kiev’s high-end restaurants.

Although in 2005 client’s registration request was turned down due to similarity of the mark to another one registered previously the project undertaken by Legal Alliance in September 2008 was completed with successful registration of the new brand.  

Legal support to the project was provided by senior partner Dmitry Aleshko, partner Aleksei Bezhevets, and lawyer Natalia Lavrenova.
