Legal Alliance Counsel Aleksei Zdorov Invited as Legal Entity Reorganisation Expert by Crimea State TV Channel

Aleksei Zdorov, counsel for Legal Alliance Law Firm, was invited to participate as an expert in the Time of Law programme on the Crimea State TV Channel on 11 March 2009.

Programme topic was ways of reorganisation of legal entities. Within this subject, Mr Zdorov explained nature and procedures of mergers and acquisitions that become increasingly topical in Ukraine and answered questions of the audience.

Amid today’s particular economy environment that creates fertile ground for mergers and acquisitions in various spheres of activity the interest to this topic becomes more and more manifest.

As a reflection of the importance of the theme, Tauric National University (Crimea) ran Pan-Ukrainian Mergers and Acquisitions Law Seminar  on 5-7 March 2009 where Legal Alliance managing director and partner Anatoly Menshikov and counsel Aleksei Zdorov hosted training classes for law students.
