Conference of Law Firm Partners Ran in Crimea

The roadshow conference of partners of legal companies initiated by Legal Alliance   Law Firm took place in Crimea on 28-29 August under the auspices of the Ukrainian  Lawyers’ Association Forum of Partners.

The conference was attended by Dmitry Aleshko and Ilya Kostin, senior partners of Legal Alliance; Denis Bugai and Vladimir Vashchenko, partners of Vashchenko, Bugai & Partners; Aleksandr Onishchenko, managing partner of Pravochyn; Valentin Zagaria, managing partner of Spenser & Kauffmann; Yevgeni Sologko, chief executive of Solodko & Partners; Elena Sotnik, junior partner of Solodko & Partners; Tatiana Glukhovskaya, managing partner of Konnov & Sozanovsky, and Vikotr Mirsky, partner of Konnov & Sozanovsky.

Management of human resource of legal companies was the key topic of discussion of the central work session that ran in the Georgian restaurant Tiflis in Yalta’s Livadia neighbourhood.

The discussion touched upon various aspects of retaining young specialists to a law firm, their training and professional upgrade within the company, career growth opportunities, compensation, as well as certain issues concerning company policy in regard of ex-employees.

Apart from work sessions the participants had the opportunity to enjoy a sail trip from Yalta coast to the famous twin-rocks A-Dalaram near Gurzuf.

The next conference of the law firm partners is scheduled for the end of September in Kiev’s China White restaurant.
