Legal Alliance Company’s lawyers were involved in the meeting with Minister of Justice of Ukraine Mr Roman Zvarych which was held on 18 May in Kyiv in the framework of European Business Association General Membership Meeting

During the meeting Mr Zvarych updated representatives of business circles of Ukraine on current priorities of the Ministry and made some comments on the official opinion of his department on key legal issues.

Particularly, Mr Zvarych emphasized that it is necessary to adjust Ukrainian legislation with the legislation of EU countries as well as to eliminate differences between the laws of Ukraine in the nearest future. Minister believes that reform of justice and improvement of mechanism of execution of court decisions are also among the priorities of the Ministry.

Such measures would strengthen market economy and contribute to democratic processes in Ukraine.
