IV International Juridical Forum

IV International Juridical Forum was held with participation of the leading lawyers of CIS and Baltic countries in Yalta on 2-5 October, 2005.

Participants of the Forum discussed current practice of arbitration of tax and commercial disputes, issues of international commercial arbitration, legal aspects of banking and financial activity, etc.

In his speech within the framework of the Forum Mr. Illya Kostin, Managing partner with Legal Alliance Company drew attention of the audience to the problematical issues of recognition of ownership of the objects of social sphere according to the provisions of Agreement between Ukraine and the Russian Federation on mutual recognition of rights and regulation of property relations.
