Legal Alliance to Develop Cooperation in Interethnic Affairs

Legal Alliance has entered into a cooperation agreement with the Ukraine's State Committee for Ethnic Affairs and Migration aimed to support implementation of the government policy in interethnic relations, realise rights of refugees and other migrants, and maintain ties with Ukrainians living outside Ukraine.

The new agreement will allow both parties to analyse the existing legal framework and initiate adjustments to regulations and sublaws in this area. Furthermore, Legal Alliance will be able to come out with legal opinions on acts of executive authorities and represent the Committee before courts and relevant government offices.

The agreement is of a vast importance for harmonisation of and strengthening relations in interethnic affairs and migration and for meeting ethno-cultural needs of Ukrainian living abroad.
