Workshop “Changes to the legislation on medicines advertising. Analysis of promotional materials in examples”

On March 27, 2012 Legal Alliance Company  will hold a workshop “Changes to the legislation on medicines advertising. Analysis of promotional materials in examples”.

The event will be interesting for:

• managers responsible for promotion of  medicines;
• in-house lawyers of pharmaceutical companies,
• other participants of the process of advertising, order and approval in the pharmaceutical company.

The event will highlight the innovations of advertising legislation concerning partial advertising ban of OTC medicines. In addition, the seminar will address widespread violations of advertising and competition law with specific examples of promotional materials.
