• concluding a Contract on legal services,
• assigning a lawyer or a group of lawyers and a partner, who are responsible for the Clients’ project performance; joint meeting.

According to provision 5.3 of the Contract on legal services, adopted by Legal Alliance Company, losses caused by non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment to the Client, shall be subject to indemnification.
