The most recent projects, which have been performed by the lawyers of Legal Alliance Company in the field of Antitrust and Competition law, include:

• Legal support for the interests of a well-known distributor of biologically active supplements in the competitive investigation of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, which made a conclusion there was an evidence of  the breach  by the Client of the  Legal Alliance Company. The Client’s breach was specified in Article 15¹ of the Law of Ukraine On protection against unfair competition and included dissemination of misleading information, while advertising a biologically active supplement. Due to the Legal Alliance Company’s lawyers, who had taken complex legal measures in order to support the antitrust investigation, the Client had to pay the penalty for the Client’s breach of the competition law for the total amount less than a minimum one.
• Legal support for the interests of the pharmaceutical company at the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine while consideration of the plaintiff’s application on unfair competition in advertising a biologically active supplement. Having considered the explanations prepared by the lawyers of the Legal Alliance Company on behalf of the Client, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine made a conclusion that the Client’s actions did not contain any violations of the law.
